Here is a guide on how to paint Rangers. I use them to represent both rangers of Gondor and of the North.

Paints you will need:
Chaos black
Dark angels green
Codex grey
Dwarf flesh
Catchcan green
Dark flesh
Scorched brown
Shining gold
Skull white(for the eyes)

First, paint the model with a drybrush of chaos black as usual:

Next, paint the face with dwarf flesh and the cloak, feathers and apron dark angels green:

paint the underclothes codex grey:

next, paint the tunic Catchcan green

Paint the leather armour, greaves and bow in dark flesh:

Paint the shoes, quiver, mask and the outline of the apron with scorched brown:

Finally, add the details such as the gold lining in the quiver, the silver edges of the bow and the brown arrows:

For your model to be more themed with the Grey Company, I suggest you give a slight grey drybrush of codex grey on the cloak just after it dries (before you paint the rest of the model). It gives the cloak a greyish texture.
